Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Niles, IL is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to uphold corporate and franchise standards and lead EH&S procedures in collaboration with the quality assurance manager. You will supervise QA staff in a manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment operates reliably and processes align with company policies.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, continuous improvement, and efficient operations, with additional duties as assigned.

• This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies
• You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience
