Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Senior QA Automation Leader in Denver to define and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and standards across Agile, DevOps, and cloud environments. You will lead test maturity assessments, drive QA transformation, and collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

You will mentor QA practitioners, manage end-to-end testing for complex programs, and champion automation to improve efficiency and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software quality assurance and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with API testing and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and design QA strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices, and drive adoption across the QA organization.
• Lead Test Maturity Assessments, process standardization, QA transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop testing strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Lead QA activities across Agile, Digital, DevOps, Cloud, Web, Mobile, and enterprise application environments.
• Manage end-to-end testing across complex projects involving multiple applications, integrations, and dependent systems.
• Provide leadership and direction to QA teams while remaining hands-on when required.
• Build productive relationships with business stakeholders, development teams, product teams, clients, and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis, corrective/preventive actions, automation, and QA process optimization.
