Responsibilities

• Verifies that materials produced match the job ticket.
• Ensures compliance with postal regulations for address blocks and barcodes.
• Reviews print quality and font size of Laser department output.
• Checks fold measurements and tray tags in the Bindery department.
• Confirms packaging and postage contents in the Mailing department.
• Notifies supervisors of any discrepancies immediately.
• Learns all SOPs for the relevant departments.
