Job summary

Jetson Specialty Marketing Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) in Hamburg, PA.

This on-site role focuses on inspecting materials, monitoring production, and ensuring all mail products meet quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to read job instructions and mailing lists, and experience with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior QA or production experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
• Able to interpret job instructions, specs, and mailing lists.
• Proficient with basic office software (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials (envelopes, inserts, labels) to ensure quality.
• Monitor production processes to verify adherence to standards.
• Perform pre- and post-production checks and verify documentation.
• Document deviations and escalate issues to management.
• Audit finished products for accuracy in mailing, labeling, packaging.
• Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and postal regulations.
• Support ongoing training on quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
