Job summary

Kelly Services seeks an entry-level Quality Assurance Specialist I for a contract role in Winston-Salem, NC. This 100% onsite position requires a Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related field and 0–1 year of GMP quality experience.

You will support real‑time manufacturing and assist with batch records, deviations, and line clearances. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP/cGMP, meticulous documentation, and team collaboration in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 0–1 year of experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environment.
• Exposure to aseptic manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of GMP/cGMP principles or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom/gowning environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with working in classified manufacturing areas.

Pay: $25–$28/hour , depending on experience

Important Details

This is a fully onsite position with no remote or hybrid option. The role requires full gowning and extended time in cleanroom/classified manufacturing areas , along with a consistent on‑floor presence.
