Job summary

Metro Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and sanitation programs within our contract packaging and warehouse operations. You will report to the Director and ensure GMP, FDA, AIB, and customer requirements are met while fostering continuous improvement.

Join a team dedicated to quality excellence and partner with operations to drive robust CAPA processes, audits, and staff development in a fast-paced 3PL/contract packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Lead site quality assurance and sanitation initiatives.
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive quality performance via KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA programs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, AIB, and customer requirements.
• Lead customer and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams.
