Metro Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and sanitation programs within our contract packaging and warehouse operations. You will report to the Director and ensure GMP, FDA, AIB, and customer requirements are met while fostering continuous improvement.

Metro Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and sanitation programs within our contract packaging and warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Director of Contract Packaging & Warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, AIB, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the site's Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Drive quality performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action programs (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, AIB, customer, and company requirements
• Lead customer and regulatory audits
• Partner with operations, warehouse, and client teams to drive quality excellence
• Develop, coach, and mentor quality team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience within food manufacturing, packaging, or contract manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and AIB standards
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA processes
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a 3PL, contract packaging, or warehouse environment is an asset
