Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers seeks a QA/QC Specialist to develop, implement and maintain a quality and reliability testing system for manufacturing and field projects in the Phoenix area. This role ensures compliance with quality standards and drives continuous improvement across electrical installation activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years QA/QC experience in related environments and a basic understanding of electrical installation practices, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years QA/QC experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing or related environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage quality processes and documentation.
• Inspect and verify field installation activities and electrical work.
• Review drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Lead audits, inspections and non-conformance investigations and actions.
• Prepare ITPs and quality reports for projects and clients.
