Qualifications

• Tradesperson or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Regulatory and compliance certifications are required based on field (e.g., Electrical SCO, CWB/CWI, API inspector).
• Strong knowledge of construction inspection, drawings, specs and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize, multitask and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review prime contract and subcontract specs and requirements.
• Ensure QA activities align with project scope and contract terms.
• Witness, monitor and document tests per ITPs and QA plans.
• Collaborate with field management to coordinate QA/QC activities.
• Identify root causes of nonconformances and report to team.
• Verify trade partners comply with quality programs and documents.
• Maintain ASME Quality Control Manual procedures and code work.
• Conduct audits for adherence to project QP and contract documents.
