Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• At least 2+ years of QA/QC, case management, or grant-funded program experience.
• MS Office proficiency; exposure to case management portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for quality according to program guidance.
• Evaluate intake forms, recommendations, and income verification for accuracy.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to case managers.
• Assess income limits and verify supporting documents.
• Verify documents against third-party resources as needed.
• Compile data for program tracking and reporting.
• Support closeout of client files after benefits are provided.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
