Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC is seeking a QA/QC Manager for semiconductor facility construction in Phoenix. The role leads QA/QC activities, chairs meetings, and ensures contractor adherence to quality programs and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor facility construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control management or industrial building inspector experience.
• Experience interpreting and enforcing contract requirements, drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54 and other applicable codes.
• Strong scheduling knowledge in construction environments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage costs on large projects (10+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Chairs QA meetings and updates senior project management on QA progress.
• Verifies contractors uphold obligations with respect to quality program deliverables.
• Ensures existing LIVE equipment or systems are not impacted by QA activities by enforcing QA processes.
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with best QA practice and project requirements.
• Drives transition of equipment and systems to facilities ownership.
• Perform all activities safely and support EH&S requirements and programs.
• Continue to develop and implement the QA/QC management program.
• Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters.
• Review QC plan components with owner or authorized rep to ensure mutual understanding of QC plans.
• Distribute QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Verify construction activities comply with codes and standards.
• Participate in site audits; manage nonconformance reports to closure.
• Monitor implementation of the QA Plan; coordinate with site construction manager on QA issues.
• Coordinate and chair weekly QA/QC site meetings with subcontractors’ QC personnel.
• Ensure all technical QA documents are utilized; manage Owner’s 3rd Party inspections.
