HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality control efforts on semiconductor construction projects in North Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees inspection workflows, documentation, and field quality standards, coordinating with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

The ideal applicant has 5+ years in QA/QC or construction quality, with experience leading QA/QC teams and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC, quality management, field inspection, or construction quality experience preferred.
• Prior experience leading QA/QC teams, inspectors, examiners, or field quality personnel preferred.
• Semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, equipment installation, cleanroom, or high-tech construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, drawings, specifications, and inspection processes.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation, inspection checklists, NCRs, corrective actions, and turnover packages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality tracking/reporting tools.
• Comfortable walking active construction sites and coordinating with field teams.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Mandarin-English bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across active semiconductor construction projects.
• Supervise inspections, walkdowns, audits, and field verifications.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, standards, and client requirements.
• Review QA/QC documentation, reports, checklists, logs, and turnover packages.
• Identify non-conforming work and lead corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Support root cause analysis, rework investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Train field teams on quality expectations and documentation.
• Monitor quality progress and align milestones with schedule.
• Partner with safety teams to meet QA/QC and EHS expectations.
• Provide regular quality updates to leadership.
