Responsibilities

• Utilizes Procore for project administration and document control.
• Keeps construction drawings and as-builts up to date.
• Visits project sites to identify impacts before construction.
• Manages RFIs and log updates; coordinates with design team.
• Tracks submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintains organized submittal files and logs; reviews changes.
• Monitors long-lead procurement items with superintendent.
• Prepares change order requests and maintains related logs.
• Performs quantity take-offs for self-performed work.
• Ensures drawings reflect approved changes and updates.
• Prepares meeting agendas and distributes minutes.
• Documents project progress and potential delay risks.
• Maintains project folders and shares drawings/specs with subcontractors.
• Assists with safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Supports project close-out with manuals and punch lists.
• Participates in kick-off, weekly, monthly, and owner-architect meetings.
• Assists with project staffing, bidding, and procurement activities.
