Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager QA/QC (Q-Systems) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on campus projects. The role involves collaboration with Facilities, Designers, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and rigorous QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly updates for executive-level reviews and support decision making.
• Develop master development programs and ensure time, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate entitlements, permitting, and site development plans.
• Lead procurement, cost estimates, and review change orders.
