Job summary

Confidential Employer in Mukilteo, WA, seeks a Lead QA/QC professional to own quality across civil and infrastructure projects on-site with field teams, managers, and owners to meet demanding standards. Experience with earthwork, utilities, and concrete is valuable.

Responsibilities include developing QC plans, reviewing drawings and submittals, performing field inspections, recording results, tracking deficiencies, and driving continuous QA/QC improvements across the program.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of construction QA/QC or quality control experience.
  • Strong ability to read drawings, specs, and technical requirements.
  • Experience with general contractors or civil/public works preferred.
  • Familiarity with earthwork, utilities, concrete scopes is valuable.

  • Track deficiencies, nonconforming work, corrective actions, punch-lists, and closeout docs.
  • Maintain organized inspection records, testing reports, quality logs, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders regarding quality requirements.
  • Help prevent rework by identifying issues early and promoting consistent practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures and field standards.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

  • Relevant construction quality, inspection, or safety certifications are a plus.
