Job summary

Intel Corporation, a world leader in semiconductor manufacturing, seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for its on-site construction programs in the US. You will oversee the QA/QC framework across multiple contractors, 3rd party inspection firms, and project teams to ensure conformance with Intel standards and CPEP/QAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 4+ years in CM or QA/QC.
• 6+ years of experience in Construction Management and Construction QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a total Construction Quality Management Plan.
• Review and approve QA/QC plans and project execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and site drawings.
• Oversee 3rd party inspections and budget alignment.
• Lead onsite quality inspections and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with DB/CM/MP and contractors on quality goals.
• Attend quality incident analyses and drive improvements.
