Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• 2–5+ years QA/QC in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100; MIL-STD or AQAP a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal audits of production, lab, and storage areas.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and data packages for product release.
• Maintain QMS documentation and change-control processes.
• Lead CAPA and root-cause investigations.
• Manage calibration and gauge maintenance programs.
• Support regulatory audits and customer quality surveillance.
• Track quality metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Assist in new product introductions and process validation.
