Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking QA/QC Inspectors to join our team across west coast sites including Reno, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. The role focuses on performing quality assurance and control inspections for construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with IEEE, NESC, ACI, and company standards.

You will document inspection results, maintain project logs, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years QA/QC experience in electrical utility construction preferred.
• Knowledge of IEEE, NESC, ACI standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read drawings and submittals and verify conformance.
• Willingness to travel as needed and complete pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections on construction and maintenance projects.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC inspection reports and project logs.
• Document inspection results and communicate quality concerns to stakeholders.
• Review drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Lead QA/QC meetings and support safety audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve quality issues.
