M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to develop, maintain and execute quality procedures ensuring both company and customer requirements are met.

The role emphasizes collaboration with inspectors and project teams to uphold safety, accuracy and reliability across projects. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, with extensive travel to field sites.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control, project management, engineering or related work.
• Experience in a utility construction environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection analysis to ensure that the company's and customers' quality requirements are met on assigned projects.
• Reviews quality and interaction with inspectors and production personnel.
• Participates in the generation and implementation of defect reduction policies and procedures.
• Assists in identifying the root cause of a problem and instituting corrective actions.
• Assists in the development and implementation of quality assurance/control policies and procedures.
• Meets with customer quality representatives and project management personnel to discuss and resolve quality issues.
• Prepares correspondence, presentations and reports for key customers.
• Extensive travel to projects is required.
