Qualifications
10 years of overall construction quality experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports across multiple projects.
At least 8 years of focused experience in Quality Control within industrial or commercial construction.
Responsibilities
Provide multi-site leadership to the regional QA/QC team.
Direct the execution of the Project Specific Quality Control Plan.
Support Project Leads and QA/QC leadership with inspection planning.
Perform audits on compliance and quality documentation across projects.
Manage the performance and development of Quality Control Inspectors.
