Qualifications

• 10 years of overall construction quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports across multiple projects.
• At least 8 years of focused experience in Quality Control within industrial or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership to the regional QA/QC team.
• Direct the execution of the Project Specific Quality Control Plan.
• Support Project Leads and QA/QC leadership with inspection planning.
• Perform audits on compliance and quality documentation across projects.
• Manage the performance and development of Quality Control Inspectors.
