FST Technical Services, Inc. seeks a QA/QC Inspector (Civil/Structural) for a travel assignment in Childress, TX on a mission-critical industrial facility. You will inspect concrete, reinforcing steel, and structural steel to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in civil/structural inspection, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Travel and onsite work in Childress, Texas are required; housing and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Civil and/or Structural construction inspection experience.
• Experience inspecting concrete, structural steel, or both.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an active construction environment.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Childress, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of concrete and structural steel construction.
• Inspect reinforcing steel, formwork, anchor bolts, embeds, and structural steel installation.
• Verify work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and document inspection results.
• Identify non-conforming work and verify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project leadership to maintain quality standards.
