Our client in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to join the Quality Assurance team. This on-site role involves inspecting all final assemblies, reading blueprints, and documenting results to ensure quality compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Pay ranges from $18/hr to $19/hr with a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift. 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred and a proactive, collaborative mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant inspection or quality control experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the inspection and quality control processes. What's the Job?

• Inspect all final assemblies within manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide independent, unbiased evaluations of finished devices or work of others
• Document inspection results accurately and retain through device batch records
• Read blueprints and utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Analyze failures, determine solutions, and perform in-process and final inspections and audits
