Our client in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to join the Quality Assurance team. This on-site role involves inspecting all final assemblies, reading blueprints, and documenting results to ensure quality compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Pay ranges from $18/hr to $19/hr with a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift. 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred and a proactive, collaborative mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant inspection or quality control experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide independent, unbiased evaluations of finished devices or work.
• Document inspection results and retain in batch records.
• Read blueprints and use inspection tools.
• Analyze failures and perform in-process and final inspections and audits.
