Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking a QA/QC Engineer / Project Coordinator to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team.

This dual-role position combines rigorous quality oversight with hands‑on project coordination, helping ensure vendor-fabricated equipment, documentation, and engineering deliverables meet project requirements while supporting the communication and organization that keep projects progressing effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Welding Engineering.
• 3+ years of QA/QC, vendor inspection, or fabrication quality experience.
• Experience reviewing vendor documentation and multidisciplinary drawings; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor quality from PO to final documentation, including ITPs and inspections.
• Perform independent QA/QC reviews of multidisciplinary drawings before fabrication or field execution.
• Coordinate deliverables, document control, and action items across engineering disciplines and vendors.
• Support RFQs and technical bid evaluations; maintain quality plans and progress reports.
• Contribute to field assessments, start-up activities, and turnover documentation.
