Mechanical Systems Specialist will collaborate with project teams, vendors, and senior staff to ensure safe, reliable operation and energy-efficient performance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in mechanical systems operations or commissioning, strong reading of drawings, and familiarity with chillers, pumps, AHUs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent technical education or experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical systems operations, startup, or commissioning support.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical building systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, setup, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and controls.
• Assist with pre-startup readiness reviews and verify system readiness.
• Coordinate with BAS/controls teams and document testing observations and actions.
• Promote safety practices and maintain project documentation throughout turnover.
