What You'll Do

Create & Execute:Develop test plans and test cases based on project needs, covering functional, non-functional, and Voice AI-specific scenarios

End-to-End Validation:Ensure applications and AI systems function correctly throughout the development lifecycle

Simulate User Experience:Validate AI response quality by simulating real-world usage, identifying bias, and testing robustness

Document Findings:Capture and annotate screenshots/videos to report anomalies and unexpected outputs

Track Bugs:Log and monitor issues using Trello, Jira, or equivalent, with clear documentation

Test Reliability:Assess AI model performance for accuracy, scalability, and consistency

Collaborate & Improve:Work with developers and AI engineers to troubleshoot and refine AI-driven features

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
Proficient in browser-based testing and troubleshooting
Skilled in screen capturing, recording, and annotation
Familiar with project tools (Trello, Jira, or equivalents)
Basic understanding of LLMs and AI tools
️️ Experience with browser dev tools is a plus
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
