Tutor Perini Corporation in Newark is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join the Newark AirTrain project site. You will help implement the Quality Management Plan and perform inspections of construction activities, materials and processes to ensure compliance with project specs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years in QA/QC on civil projects, and is skilled in documenting results and coordinating corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA/QC on construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing the Quality Management Plan.
• Perform inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and processes.
• Document non-conformities and support corrective actions with the QC Manager.
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to uphold quality standards.
• Contribute to quality training and toolbox talks.
