Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist project management and field supervision with daily construction operations.
Coordinate and monitor work by subcontractors and self-perform crews.
Review plans, specs, shop drawings, and contract documents for compliance.
Track project progress and assist with schedule updates.
Prepare and maintain daily and production reports and field documentation.
Coordinate inspections with owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
Generate RFIs, submittals, and material tracking logs.
Support quality control and ensure contract compliance.
