Job summary

American Society for Quality is seeking a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments. This role will strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), conduct audits, identify process gaps, manage non-conformances, and help frontline teams take ownership of quality.

Travel 25%–75% is required. An engineering degree or equivalent technical background, experience with QMS/audits/NCRs, and knowledge of ISO 9001 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality environment preferred.
• Oilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experience.
• Strong communication skills to coach frontline teams.
• Ability to travel 25%–75%.
