Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Superintendent for electrical construction projects in Haskell, TX. You will plan, implement, and manage the QA/QC program, ensuring compliance with contract documents, codes, and client requirements.

This safety-sensitive role collaborates with Project Management, Field Supervision, Commissioning Teams, and Clients to achieve first-time quality and thorough turnover documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• 7+ years electrical construction experience, preferably in mission critical, data center, semiconductor, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• 3+ years in a QA/QC, Superintendent, or Field Leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, switchgear, and controls.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans in alignment with contract requirements, company standards, and client specifications.
• Establish inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures for all electrical installation activities.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to support system walkdowns, energization, and turnover.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, deficiency tracking logs, redline drawings, turnover packages and system completion documentation.
• Identify, document, and track deficiencies and non-conforming work.
