Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising light industrial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients and architects.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule completion of projects within budget, time and quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Review project documents, plans and specifications; direct construction activities and coordinate field installations and closings.
• Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site-specific safety requirements with zero tolerance for incidents.
• Understand project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs.
• Submit daily/weekly reporting and four-week look-ahead schedule.
