Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a full-time professional for electrical construction project support in Haskell, TX. The role emphasizes estimating, cost control, and coordination with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

BSEE or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma required.
2+ years experience in electrical construction.
Ability to develop relationships and leadership potential.
Prior experience in electrical estimating is a plus.
Electrical license is a plus.
Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provides support to project managers for change orders, expediting logs, RFI logs, etc.
Performs cost control and financial management by working with preconstruction on project estimate and schedule.
Coordinates scope of work.
Prepares and reviews submittals.
Reviews and compiles pay applications, change requests, and other project financial documentation.
Partners with Project manager to craft client proposals and award subcontracts.
Assists in contract administration and management.
Assists in employee time and recordkeeping.
Coordinates work with project representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Participates in meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns.
Prepares correspondence as needed.
Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
Secure material orders, assist superintendents with material orders.
