Job summary

Cec Companies is seeking a QA/QC Superintendent to manage quality assurance across electrical construction projects at its headquarters in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards during installation, leading inspections, and coordinating with project teams for successful turnover.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in electrical construction, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License. The role is full-time and safety-sensitive.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by a recognized state or jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably in mission critical, data center, semiconductor, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• 3+ years in a QA/QC, Superintendent, or Field Leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, switchgear, and controls.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Establish inspection and test plans, checklists and quality procedures.
• Perform daily field inspections of electrical installations.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to support system walkdowns.
