Qualifications

• Qualified Journeyman Electrician or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical specs.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Safety-focused in active construction environments.
• 2–5 years industrial or commercial electrical construction experience.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
• Background and MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot-check inspections of electrical terminations to verify workmanship and compliance.
• Serve as Torque Lead, ensuring proper torque procedures are followed and documented.
• Verify cable identification and cable verification processes are completed accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify installation deficiencies such as busbars and loose connections.
• Verify proper electrical phasing, CT orientation, and perform cable tug tests for inspections readiness.
• Review overcurrent protection device sizing and cross-check with single-line diagrams.
• Assist with project redlines and as-built documentation, including panel schedules and raceway validations.
• Support receiving, inspection, and verification of project assets and equipment.
• Assist with panel access, panel cover removal, and restoration for client and third-party inspections.
• Collect, document, and transfer equipment keys to GC or project representative.
• Inspect installations for color coding, lug sizing, cable dressing, hardware, bushings, and labels.
