Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks a full-time QA/QC Coordinator in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role focuses on developing QA standards, monitoring corrective actions, and coordinating inspections with the project team.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of electrical construction experience, a HS Diploma/GED, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Data Center or electrical field experience is preferred. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Proficient with Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing QA standards and continuous improvement evaluations.
• Identify non-conformances and issue corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and records.
• Report quality performance metrics to management.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and audits at project stages.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, company standards, and codes/regulations.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Collaborate with Project Team to ensure correct installations the first time.
• Carry out onsite work with the Project Team for inspections and reports.
• Adhere to company and customer safety policies and procedures.
