Job summary

Experis is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Specialist to join a Fortune 500 client in Columbus, OH. This 12-month, onsite role requires strong data, supplier management, and regulatory compliance capabilities. Shift is 8am–5pm; pay range is $20–$24/hour on W2.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, business or technical field.
Five to seven years of customer support, business or project planning experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain data, documentation and systems for supplier management.
Ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of responsibilities.
Communicate with suppliers on inquiries and documentation per policy.
Escalate product performance issues and collaborate to resolve.
Participate in product improvement teams and risk assessments.
Respond to internal customers' questions with high technical and communicative ability.
Coordinate with R&D, QA, Legal and Purchasing to resolve supplier issues.
Prepare supplier exception reports for global review.
Maintain the global approved supplier listing and address discrepancies.
Review label information with labeling group for allergen accuracy.
Support management with event planning and project timelines.
