Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead (Emphasys / HDS) - 12-Month Onsite Contract, Columbia, SC

CornerStone TTS is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead for a South Carolina state agency client. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week, day shift), fully onsite 12-month contract in Columbia, SC with possible extension.

You will lead data mapping and quality assurance for the final stages of an enterprise software implementation (Emphasys and HDS): mapping complex spreadsheets to software data fields, testing and improving business processes, logging and tracking helpdesk tickets with the software provider, recommending software modifications, and writing change orders, statements of work, software modification requests and process documentation.

Candidates must currently live in South Carolina (no relocation).

Required qualifications:

• 6+ Years of Experience as a Quality Analyst
• 3+ Years of State Government Experience
• 3+ Years of Experience with Emphasys
• 3+ Years of Experience with HDS
• 6+ Years of Experience with Data Mapping
• 6+ Years of Experience with Business Process Testing & Improvement
• 6+ Years of Experience with Process & Procedure Documentation
• 6+ Years of Experience with creating Statements of Work, Change Orders, AND Software Modification Requests

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with End User Support

Location and schedule:

• Fully onsite in Columbia, SC (no remote or hybrid work).
• Schedule: Day 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Candidate must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident. No relocation allowed.

Duration and start:

• 12-month contract; projected start Fri Dec 4, 2026.
• Interviews: 1 round, onsite.

Pre-start screening:

• 7 year background and criminal history.
• Credit check.
• MVR.

Pay: Up to $70.31/hr.
