Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the FBI Enterprise Vetting Center QA program. You will manage the Quality Control Plan, monitor quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across a high-volume federal vetting operation.

The role requires proactive quality leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with FBI stakeholders to embed quality into daily mission execution. Must have active Top-Secret clearance and extensive QA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of hands-on experience applying administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience applying quality assurance, quality management, or quality control principles.
• Experience developing and managing Quality Control Plans for large-scale government contracts or complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA and QC program supporting FBI EVC operations.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Monitor quality scores and performance data from Government QA Unit and identify trends.
• Translate quality data into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; ensure effectiveness.
