Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager for the Quantico Custodial Services contract. You will oversee quality control activities, supervise 3 QC Inspectors, and compile monthly data to deliver a Quality Monthly Status Report to the Program Manager and ServiceSource leadership.

Responsibilities include developing and enforcing quality and safety procedures, conducting regular and random inspections at FBI and DEA facilities, ensuring environmental health and safety compliance,

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain DOJ Security Clearance.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in related field.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in quality systems and supervising employees preferred.
• Must obtain Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR per contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement quality procedures and safety policies per contract requirements.
• Lead monthly and unannounced inspections at FBI/DEA facilities; drive continual improvement.
• Oversee three QC Inspectors; compile data and produce Quality Monthly Status Report.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Provide onsite employee training and investigate accidents/incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Provide periodic inspections to ensure custodial services meet standards per SOW.
