Qualifications

• 6 years PERSEC and/or BI experience with BS/BA.
• US Citizenship.
• Favorable Tier 5 investigation clearance or its equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BI policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Strong background in Project and Process Management, with a track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Proficiency in utilizing performance metrics as key drivers for operational performance and trend analysis.
• Experience implementing the DHS Quality Contact Program, maintaining compliance with standards and requirements.
• Ability to administer and oversee a department-wide Quality Control Program for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement QA programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead and oversee QA operations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
• Administer and monitor the Quality Control Program, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits/inspections to identify inefficiencies and non-conformances; recommend CAPAs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and collaboration on initiatives.
• Implement tools and methodologies for performance measurement to monitor quality and trends.
• Manage QA training and development for team members; ensure policy knowledge is up to date.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve delivery.
