Job summary

Continental in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a PLT Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA inspection operations in the plant. You will ensure QM inspection policies and procedures are followed and direct QA inspection activities across the facility.

The role requires monitoring quality within budget, issuing monthly reports on key quality indicators, and ensuring all ESH procedures and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 5years experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Responsibilities

• Ensure QM inspection policies and procedures are followed through the plant
• Manage and direct QA inspection activities
• Accept and/or reject all products in accordance with QMD
• Monitor and make quality improvements within budgetary guidelines
• Perform other duties as directed by the QA Manager
• Issue monthly report based on how the plant is performing with regards to the key quality indicators
• Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored
