Job summary

Garden Life Development, LLC seeks a QA Performance Tester for a full-time temporary role in North Carolina. You will design and run load, stress, spike, and endurance tests, build test scripts, and monitor metrics across applications, databases, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Performance testing experience as described in assignment details.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or k6.
• Understanding of web, API, and database performance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; certifications are considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and run load, stress, spike, and endurance tests.
• Build performance test scripts, scenarios, and test data.
• Monitor application, database, and infrastructure metrics during tests.
• Analyze results and pinpoint bottlenecks with developers.
• Set performance baselines and service-level targets.
• Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Add performance tests to CI/CD pipelines where possible.
