Job summary

KHS USA Inc. in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage quality notifications, RMAs, and related records. The role supports the Quality Department with documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will review and route notifications, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accuracy of warranty and credit processing while maintaining SAP records and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in quality administration or related functions.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Experience processing quality notifications, warranty claims, RMAs, or related quality activities preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, classify, process, assign, and distribute quality notifications.
• Independently evaluate and close routine quality notifications.
• Monitor status, aging, and completion of actions; escalate overdue issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support Quality Technicians/ Specialists.
• Coordinate RMA activities and maintain warranty/credit records.
• Create and process Free of Charge orders; coordinate customer credits.
• Initiate and monitor rework orders and related documentation.
• Maintain quality records and documentation in SAP and other systems.
• Support compliance with ISO, UL, ASME, CSA, CRN and other standards.
• Assist Quality Manager with workflow improvements and process standardization.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Department.
