Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a QA Nurse for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency in Rockland County, NY. This hybrid in-office role will oversee quality and staff education initiatives and requires an RN with CHHA/LHCSA experience, with site visits in the Lower Hudson Valley.

Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs (NHTD/TBI Waiver) and CHAP is a plus; salary is discussed during the interview process. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with NY license and CHHA/LHCSA experience.
• Experience in quality improvement and staff development in home care.
• Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs (NHTD/TBI Waiver) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for quality and compliance.
• Participate in surveys, survey readiness & audits.
• Visit other sites to review quality measures and educate teams.
• Train and orient nurses and aides.
