Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a QA Nurse for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency in Rockland County, NY. This hybrid in-office role will oversee quality and staff education initiatives and requires an RN with CHHA/LHCSA experience, with site visits in the Lower Hudson Valley.

Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs (NHTD/TBI Waiver) and CHAP is a plus; salary is discussed during the interview process. A competitive benefits package is offered.

QA Nurse Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Licensed Home Care Services Agency / LHCSAbased in Rockland Co, NY. They are looking to add a QA Nurse to help oversee their quality and staff education initiatives. This is a hybrid in-office position that will require visits to other sites in the Lower Hudson Valley area. A Registered Nurseis required with strong clinical quality and training/staff development experience. Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) experience is strongly preferred. Those with Long Term Care (LTC) Managed care experience may be considered.

QA Nurse Requirements

• Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) quality & staff education experience.
• Registered Nurse with NY license.
• Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs including NHTD or TBI Waiver Program, and UAS documentation preferred.
• CHAP experience a plus.
