Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a QA Mobile Test Automation Engineer to define and build automated test coverage across web, mobile, and backend systems. You will own the automation strategy across unit, widget, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory levels, building UI and API test suites and validating data with Salesforce and .NET services.

The role involves contributing to CI/CD, quality gates, and evolving testing tooling, while partnering with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to raise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional test automation across UI and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall testing strategy across unit, widget, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
• Determine which browsers, devices, platforms, and user journeys require automated coverage based on release risk.
• Build and maintain automated UI test suites for Flutter Web and native mobile applications.
• Execute regression suites across real iOS and Android devices and major desktop browsers using cloud platforms.
• Build automated API and integration tests validating REST APIs, JSON payloads, and backend behavior.
• Validate data flows between frontend applications, .NET backend APIs, and connected enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates to prevent problematic builds.
• Investigate flaky tests and identify root causes rather than retries.
• Define and track quality metrics including escaped defects, flake rate, and coverage of critical paths.
