Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Food Science, technical/engineering field, or related; preferred.
• Training in food microbiology incl. sampling, plating, reading; 2+ years microbiology experience.
• Experience in ISO/USDA/FDA environments and auditing/inspection is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assure the Master Sanitation Program and microbiology requirements.
• Monitor sanitation activities and record reviews for gaps.
• Perform microbiological sampling, plating, and readings; generate leadership reports.
