Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance for Prime Video Ads to own the customer-facing quality bar across all ad experiences on Prime Video. You will lead a globally distributed QA team, define QA strategy, and partner with engineering, product, and live ops on release readiness and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience testing web technologies and back-end services.
- Experience managing manual testers and automation testers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a globally distributed QA team
- Set the QA vision and partner with engineering, product, and live operations on execution
- Own the release-validation roadmap and deliver it for every Prime Video Advertising launch
- Decide where to invest in automation versus manual scale, and which initiatives move forward
- Surface quality and regression risks with mitigation plans before they hit customers
- Brief senior leadership on risk and quality posture, in writing and verbally
- Drive resolution on quality decisions across teams with competing views
- Define and improve metrics across release quality, defect escape rate, automation coverage, production incident rate, MTTR, and live event readiness
