Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Quality Assurance Eng II for Prime Video Mobile Android. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, create test strategies, and drive CI pipelines to validate code changes across releases.

The role focuses on scalable mobile testing and preventing defects through automated checks. You will work with engineers and product teams to ensure quality from design to deployment, employing automation to improve efficiency and coverage for millions of customers using Prime

Qualifications

4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
Experience in manual testing and automation testing.
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.
Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for the Android mobile application.
Create and execute test strategies for new features and services.
Build and own CI pipelines that validate every code change.
Analyze test results and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to advocate for quality early and often.
Investigate production issues and implement preventive automated checks.
Improve test infrastructure to reduce flakiness and speed up feedback.
