The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and enhance Payarc's quality organization, ensuring ISO standards are met and exceeded across systems, processes, and customer specifications.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with payment processing applications/products.
• Knowledge of acquiring business, industry trends, and operational procedures for booking merchants.
• Proficiency in Hubspot and TSYS.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train and manage a team of quality assurance analysts.
• Lead internal and external operational audits that impact operational efficiency.
• Ensure company compliance with PCI DSS and NACHA regulations.
• Work with required documentation and attention to details.
• Review department processes and implement improvements.
• Assist in defining testing methodologies and quality control standards.
• Identify and measure key metrics to improve quality and contribute to policies.
• Facilitate problem solving across departments.
• Ensure defects and variances are communicated to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with business resources to understand software features.
• Perform other duties and provide operational assistance as needed.
• Conduct employee evaluations and career development.
